Projects As referenced earlier, the Center for Customer Driven Quality has provided service assistance for a myriad of companies. Each one of these engagements ahs been focused on improving the areas of customer contact including sales and support of customer service. We have offered on-site contact center assessments, leadership training custom designed for your workforce and delivered at your location, leadership training delivered through publicly offered seminars, education on technology platforms, assistance with writing Requests For Proposals, and consulting on a variety of issues that our business partners face each and every day. Listed are some of the companies the Center has assisted through the years.
